My mission is to help people on their journey in a grounded earthly manner, embodied with the wisdom of spirit & earthed with the acceptance of our human-ness. I bring together science & spirituality – medicine & magic – deep healing, attunement & activations of the body-mind-spirit. I am heart led & centred.

I hold a bachelor in Health Science in Chinese Medicine/acupuncture, I completed further studies in energy medicine techniques, NIS & kinesiology. After treating 1000’s of clients I have been able to create a really unique & powerful healing modality.

I love learning, a forever student of life, my mind is always open & curious. Healing for me means freedom, not limitation, there is no judgement here. I lead with compassionate self enquiry & curiosity.

I am trauma informed. I love to work with the energies of the Cosmos, using astrology & my interpretation of the collective energies, as a guide to assist in the optimisation of healing sessions. Pattern recognition is one of my superpowers! I am fascinated by individuals stories, what led people to where they are.

I am a wholistic healer that isn’t afraid of the darkness, of our shadows. I don’t bypass, minimise or ‘love & white light’ aka gaslight the messy parts. I love to bring the unconscious to the conscious, shadow to light. I will walk beside you through the shadows, lighting them up with awareness, compassion & embodied transformations.

My work is centred around the perspective that we are whole & perfect – even in our imperfections. I create a space, free from judgement, holding a grounded presence while also inviting a sense of ease and empowerment into the healing process. Sessions are often described as clarifying, aligning & empowering.

I gently assist in the unraveling & releasing of layers of conditioning, the accumulation of emotional, energetic, and spiritual clutter, offering a deep re-organisation & re-alignment of body-mind-spirit. Where people can let go, shift, and re-align — often in real time. Reconnecting individuals with their deepest truth, core essence, soul, & inherent wholeness. I have lived experience that radiates through my work.

Sessions are often fun, light & refreshing without bypassing the deep parts of self, the pain, discomfort & trauma that has been experienced. Clients feel supported, safe, & empowered to expand their horizons & step into their power.
