I’ve spent the last 18 years deep in learning, practicing & embodying the art of healing. I offer dynamic healing sessions both individually & within groups.

Drawing upon all of my knowledge & abilities in acupuncture/Chinese Medicine, intuitive soul guidance, energy healing, Neurological Integration System (NIS), kinesiology plus other energy tools & techniques.

The essence of my work is in wellness, personal discovery, growth & releasing limiting core beliefs, stored trauma & emotions. I help people embody new strategies to manage existing & current stressors such as emotional & mental stress, trauma, PTSD as well as energetic, chemical, pathological & physical insults.
